Seriously what is your email. I tried emailing your email posted on Facebook and it was blocked!? I tried calling like 5 times to get the email from the number listed. I cant tell if its counseling one or counseling 1. Can you just post your correct email so this process is easier please. Thank you Got a hold of this person. They charge 50 for zoom call. They call it visitation even tho there is no actual visitation. As soon as I asked for clarification between zoom call and visitation this lady hung up. I am taking this to court so i can request a different company and i an also going to make a nice YouTube about my first experience with this company. Out if the gate horrible service.

So i need to register to see my newborn daughter. Right now i can only see her through video(fine) want to charge the same fee(fine) want to hang up with no compassion when a father is trying to see his child. One move short of professional. Seems like a recurring issue here. First time coustumer!

I went to both offices Fullerton and Los Angeles the office staff was nice and professional. I wasn't sure what to expect but staff from LA office was really patient with me and all my questions.
